Next up I came to an extremely popular German restaurant chain Brotzeit.
    5 dishes
    1. 1Huhnerschnitzel Salted Egg
      12:04

Starting off from the iconic German dish, schnitzel. But there is a twist. It's salted egg schnitzel. First of all, extremely tender. It really has a nice delicate crunch. The salted egg flavor is there, but they actually didn't overdo it. It's very interesting. Beautiful fusion of German and SG.

    2. 2Rindergulash Rendang
      12:29

Next one's interesting too, it's the Goulash Rendang. Spicy, it's tender. Interesting, it really tastes like rendang. Wow. But it also tastes umami as well. And it's going to go great with my beer.

    3. 3Hummer Laksa Spatzle
      13:30

Next up, Hummer Laksa Spatzle. Well, that's quite quite spicy. I'm not sure if Germans can take this. QQ, tender. Honestly, the laksa flavor is actually not too strong, and I think they purposely do that. They don't want to overpower it.

    4. 4Pork Knuckle Duo
      14:02

Next up, Asian inspired Pork Knuckle. Pork knuckle is one of my favorite German food, but check it out. This is what they've done. Some mala sauce with pork crackling. Wow, this one is super mala. Not too spicy though. It's just the aroma and the flavor. The ma also not so strong. Wow, this is interesting. Definitely my very first time trying mala pork knuckles.

    5. 5Baked Apple Pandan Kaya Strudel
      15:23

And finally, dessert. Apple Pandan Kaya Strudel. I love how this is super warm. The kaya, it's there, but again, not overpowered. Wow, who knew kaya goes well with apple.
