“Last place, this is one of my all-time favorite Korean fried chicken places in all Seoul. Their menu changes all the time. Sometimes they have a Hellfire Chicken that'll pretty much send your soul. Tonight, it's a Red Chili Pepper Chicken and a Parmesan Cheese Snow Chicken. And what I like about this place, this is just a really good quality, piping hot, freshly fried Korean fried chicken. And this thing is saucy, it's burning hot. And it is got a giant kick. Look how juicy the pieces of chicken is. Super crispy outer breading. Tender chicken on the inside. Oh, it's so good. Sweet, sticky, very spicy, just a heap of flavor. It's a fried half a chicken. So you get a mix of dark meat and white meat, but whatever piece you pick up, you know it's going to be juicy. Spicy rice cakes. Mhm. And this is one of my favorites. Parmesan Cheese Snow Chicken. It's basically a dusting of cheese outside of the fried chicken. This is so good. Juicy fried chicken. Ain't nothing like it. Oh, the chicken is just so juicy inside. Uber crispy outer shell. Tons of cheesy flavor. Drumstick. That's my favorite piece. Usually the juiciest piece in a Korean fried chicken bucket. Just the most perfect balance of crunchy skin and succulent juicy meat.”
