This is supposed to be a hot drink, but they did it cold, and then they also changed the milk. So I was like, all right, they're up for customization here, which is good to know. It's it's literally a vanilla oat milk latte, it's perfect. This is spot on.”

“We did opt for getting a sweet stack of pancakes because we just couldn't decide. So, you know, we got some syrup as well. I'm going to load that on. This looks like Instagram-worthy food. Is it weird to start on the sweet and then go to the savory after? Because I feel like I'm in that mood. I'm seeing hazelnuts, apple, strawberries, banana as well. Look, hiding behind the back. Not mad about it. Mate, that is an immaculate pancake. Oh my God. What on earth are they doing to that? You're getting one, two, three. They're not the thickest pancakes, but actually even on their own, I don't know if I'm getting a taste of like cinnamon in them. Golly. Literally golly is the word to describe that. Mine. Gosh. Mate, I've had some good pancakes. They might be in top three right now. Genuinely.”

“Right, let's get onto the main breakfast now. We've got over easy eggs. They've put some chopped chive on top, crispy bacon. This is the hash brown here, and then this is the sausage patty. One of the sides was an extra 4 pound because it's two eggs and you get two sides. I've been told that the the hash brown was the highlight. Let's get stuck in. Rightfully so. Gorgeous. Do the eggs split well? Yes, they do. If you're in Paris and you want a familiar breakfast, and you don't want a croissant, and you've had enough of your croissants, and you're like, I just want a bit of America, or I just want a, I just, I want some eggs. Just give me some eggs. I understand why this is the spot. Oh, mate. It's just chaos. What is that sausage? In this sausage, I'm getting a taste of fennel. Yes, we did have to wait 49 minutes for a table, but look, it was a sunny day. I was chatting to the cameraman. I don't think this is overrated. I think this is worth the hype. The staff as well have been lovely. Really lovely guy from Australia. This has maybe been the favorite spot so far. It's pissing me off. That's pissing me off how good that is. Bacon, nice and crispy, how you want it. You're getting one, two, three, four, five, six small rashes, but nonetheless, at least they're not giving you two small mini ones. Not overrated, worth the hype. Let's get on with the next one.”
