  “This place is fantastic. As you can see, it's got this awesome mural behind me. This neat, big, very stocked bar. Yeah, the whole place is well decorated. Maybe it's like Caribbean European. Yeah, it's Caribbean European, which actually makes sense for Curaçao. I wish you could smell in here, it smells like smoked. Just things being smoked. Not not not like barbecue, but just like things, things smoked. Well said.”

     “Speaking of, guys, look at this beautiful pasta dish I got. This is a smoked duck pappardelle. Is that how you say it? Pappardelle? Yeah, I know. It's pasta with smoked duck. You can see it's got cashews, some butternut squash on there. I got a cheeky little side salad because then it's healthy. That is so nice and subtle. The flavors are just, I mean, they just blend perfectly. That smoked duck is delicious. It's got like a pancetta vibe to it, and then the roasted squash adds a nice little sweetness. Definitely winning with this one.”

     “And they recommended the smash burger, and they did not steer me wrong because, come on, that is just an absolutely beautiful-looking burger, you guys. That is an absolutely perfect burger. You know, every time we're traveling, it's the first thing I get when I get back to the USA because I can't find a burger like this anywhere. Not this time.”
