There's a sandwich place, it looks good. Okay, here we go. All right, this place, there's uh you can get lamb or beef. And they told me their number one must-try burger is a wagyu shank burger. So they have a lunch special here that comes with a drink, so fried chicken, this is the Luxe Burger. Doesn't look like it has a bun. This is the Luxe Starlight Burger. That looks good. Wow, this place is so fancy, they even have instructions on how to eat their burger. So your plate has arrived, you mix the sauce. Looks like a really popular place. This is my wagyu shank burger. It smells really good. Looks great. So as per instructions, you mix the sauce, pour it on the veg. Little potato wedges too. Super soft buns. And you're supposed to use this paper to eat the burger. So these are like burger eating bags. So you don't get your hands all messy. Put it into the bag. There it is. Wagyu shank burger. What? Is this what I think it is? Yeah, the shank is sitting on top of mashed potatoes. It's a mashed potato wagyu shank burger. Oh, that's interesting. I mean, this thing is definitely super rich. You're 100% need the vegetables. It's delicious. I mean, that wagyu shank, you don't need to chew tender. I'm not even kidding about this. I'm having a hard time telling where the mashed potato ends and the beef begins. That's almost no exaggeration. That is some tender, tender beef. This is one of the most interesting burgers I ever had. Mashed potato wagyu shank burger. The whole thing's soft. The bun's soft, the mashed potato's soft, the wagyu's soft. On the edges, there are these pieces of tendon. These are a little chewy. Obviously, it doesn't really taste like a classic burger, but it's delicious. Like wagyu shank, that's got to be one of the most tender cuts of wagyu in existence. The texture is so similar to the mashed potatoes, I kid you not. Like I said, definitely one of the most interesting burgers I've had in Tokyo. Most interesting and probably the fanciest. Not bad. Whoa. One, two, three, four, five patties. Baby Body Burger. What in the world, Burger King? Actually looks so good.”
