Chicken is like something, I don't even think they do chicken in Texas. This is why I like, I think a chicken at a barbecue place is just a throwaway item, you know? Not in the Carolinas. How is this chicken so good? Like every chicken I've had in the Carolinas, whether it's pulled or whole, it's so good. Look at the tenderness. Can you believe how tender and juicy this chicken looks? It's unbelievable. Tender and juicy and this one, they added some mustard sauce to it. Incredible. It's one of the most flavorful chickens you can find in the world.”

Maybe the best burnt ends I've had outside of Texas. Every time you take a bite of that and pretty much anything else on this plate, including the sides, I swear you hear the barbecue angels singing. Oh, this thing just falls apart like it's made from meaty smoke. Beautiful crust on the outside, extra smoky. This will be great in a sandwich later that I am already picturing in my head. Oh, dinner is going to be phenomenal. These burnt ends are next level. I think these are like Texas level burnt ends. They're so good.”
